Terms and Conditions for Back2Basics On-Demand Tutoring Program

Welcome to Back2Basics On-Demand Tutoring! By enrolling in our program, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully, as they outline your rights and obligations as a paying customer.

1. Access and Use of Program

The Back2Basics On-Demand Tutoring Program (the “Program”) is available exclusively to the individual who has purchased access (the “Customer”).
The Customer is granted a personal, non-transferable license to access and use the Program’s content and resources for their personal educational purposes only.

2. Prohibited Activities

Customers are prohibited from sharing their access credentials (e.g., login details) with others, including but not limited to friends, family members, or other third parties.
Customers must not distribute, share, copy, or publicly display any of the Program’s content without express written permission from Back2Basics On-Demand Tutoring.

3. Account Security

The Customer is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login information and for all activities that occur under their account. Any unauthorized use of the account must be reported immediately.

4. Revocation of Access

Back2Basics On-Demand Tutoring reserves the right to revoke access to the Program without refund if it is determined that a Customer has violated these terms, including but not limited to unauthorized sharing of account access or Program content.
If suspicious activity is detected, Back2Basics On-Demand Tutoring may conduct an investigation and suspend the Customer’s account during this period.

5. Refund Policy

No refunds will be issued in cases where access to the Program is revoked due to a violation of these terms and conditions.

6. Modifications

Back2Basics On-Demand Tutoring reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Continued use of the Program after any changes to these terms will constitute acceptance of those changes.
